Terms: The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Who pays for delivery: The costs of return delivery are paid by the buyer.
Refund: After receiving the goods back, the seller must return the money within 20 banking days.
Protection program: If the goods arrived damaged, do not match the description or are a fake, the seller is obliged to accept the return.
What is required for a return: To return the purchased goods, you must write an official letter to e-mail, describing the reasoned reason for the return. Attaching as evidence 10 high-quality photos of the goods from different angles in good lighting (in formats: PNG, JPEG, BMP or GIF; maximum size 5 MB) that prove the justification for the return.
