The set of X-ray protective plates is designed to form the patient's radiation field during X-ray examinations. The use of these plates provides reliable protection of the patient from unused radiation and improves the quality of radiographs by reducing the fraction of scattered radiation.

Method of application:
The set is placed on the patient, limiting the radiation zone. The plates can also be used to limit the radiation field when taking images in different projections on one film.
